does anyone here have a number where I can reach Amazon about a delivery that wasn't what I ordered? I tried the contact route but all they said is they would contact the seller who has not bothered to contact me. any help is appreciated.

you can hit the "return/refund" button on the order and describe the problem with the order in the explanation field - they give you a lot of space to describe the problem.

this usually gets their attention fairly quickly. i have had good experiences with returns to 3rd party sellers.

Thanks Jackie, I'll try that link. Unfortunately the item I originally bought isn't returnable (which is fine) so it won't let me set up any type of return for this wrong item or explain.

OK, finally fiddled around long enough that I think a longer message has been sent to the seller. Now I wait to see if they respond!
