Here's my list so far:

1. Essentrics Flexibility Workout for Athletes

2. Both stretch segments from Essentrics Strength & Stretch in Motion

3. CS Season 7 #: 720

4. CS Season 8 #'s: 801, 803, 809, 814, 822

5. Essentrics Barre Workout (choosing stretch segments)

And two out of print DVD's:

6. Miranda's Back Pain Relief, Volume 1

7. Miranda's Athlete's Intense Stretch

Surely there are more... in the Seasons perhaps? Anybody have another favorite?

621 mostly stretches with a little bit of side lying legwork at the end, 627-starts with feet articulation and calf raises, but lots of stretching after that. 719 has some leg swings and raises in the middle, but lots of stretching. 701 is a good one too- a little bit of extras, but mostly stretching. I've used 701 quite a bit as a total body stretch after a workout.

Thanks Rockette! I was going to do an Essentrics when I saw your post and did CS 627 instead... It was great! Like Miranda said, it's "like I was made out of feathers."
I'll do 621 tomorrow and add your suggestions to the next list update.

I hope others chime in with their favorites.

Glad it worked for you, I forgot to mention that there's more stretching after the leg lifts in 621, just in case you were planning to stop when you got to the part of the workout.

Is that the one you meant Jackie?

Actually, I think Jackie was referring to #719, Loosening Your Body Bar Workout.
