I also really like 814, "Unlock Your Hips". It's similar to the floor work in Flexibility Workout for Athletes.

I just did 801 and, other than about maybe 3 minutes of leg lifts and around 12 tricep dips, it was all stretch. Felt great... I'm adding it to my list.

I did 822 and 814 tonight. 822 is great I've done it before, 814 was also great. I really needed these today, feel nice and relaxed.

I'm going to do 801 tomorrow. My notes say great stretch from when I did it previously.

I posted this question on the thread about Season 9 but I think it is most appropriate in this thread. I have Season 7 that was gifted to me by another VF member. I am interested in episodes that are mostly stretch. Is there a thread with breakdowns of this series anywhere? Once upon a time there was a thread/threads with breakdowns of Season 4, 5 and maybe 6. If there is no such thread for season 7 can anyone direct me to episodes that are more "stretchy."

I also have Athletes Intense Stretch and Sahra's Stretch for Athletes both of which I like. However AIS is shorter so I find myself doing that one more despite the annoyance of Miranda discussing cosmetics and how the exercises aren't for ordinary people just high performance athletes.
I am thinking of getting Sahra's Strength/ stretch one too but thought I should try using what I have first.

I'm still on vacation but right off the top of my head 720 is my favorite episode for stretching out my back.

I'll be home late tomorrow night and see what else is in my notes.

Any of the all barre workouts will have lots of hip/hamstring/psoas stretches.

Thanks Jackie. I just checked what I have. The DVD was recorded from PBS and it includes only the following episodes (no numbers ):
Stretch your spine and relieve back pain
Leg slenderizing
Flatten your abs
Reverse the aging process

It doesn't look like any of these use a barre. I think I am going to get Sahra's strength and stretch one.
