Best yoga to loosen tight hamstrings

My nephew's wife just asked me to recommend yoga dvds to help her with her tight hamstring muscles. Her main form of exercise is running. Tho I've done dozens of yoga dvds, I'm not so good at remembering which ones focus on what. Any ideas? TIA

Anything with a lot of forward bends, In particular, Rodney Yee's A.M. Yoga for Your Week's forward bends practice. Also, the Ashtanga Primary Series has many forward folds. I would recommend Kino MacGregor's Ashtanga Primary Series.

Or that Elastics dvd -- not yoga, but stretching.

some runners in the past have posted that Karen Voight Yoga for Stretch is excellent- about 25 minutes.
I have it on a dvd called Yoga Power A flexible approach to Strength.
I also like Cathe Stretch Maz, the 20 minute segment with the band.
and of Course! Flexible Warrior-but that is an investment in time. but superb.
there is a super stretch on KCM 30 minutes to fitness Bootcamp
and for a really long, deep stretch--Mimi Solaire's Deep stretch

This class is really nice for that: "Observing the Quality of Breath in Forward Bends". I like to do it whenever my hamstrings need it, it does the job and is quite restful. It can be downloaded for $3.99.

I would also recommend Mimi's Deep Stretch. I think it's important to stretch the front body as well as the back body, especially if you do a lot of aerobic exercise like running. Your hip flexors and quads in particular need to be stretched along with your hamstrings and calves. At one point I had what I thought were very tight hamstrings. I finally got relief when I focused on stretching my hip flexors, especially my psoas, as well as my hamstrings.
