Denise Austin Body Burn with Dance and Pialtes (dance, tradiotnal weight work, mat pilates)
Leslie - Slim and Sleek Walk (3 mile walk, 12 minute mat pilates bonus, which is okay - not great)

Kelly, if you're still reading this thread, check the acacialifestyle.com website this week -- one of their five free workouts is the Power Sweat segment from the Cardio dvd.
