www.smartstretch.com

In case this hasn't been posted, I stumbled on http://www.smartstretch.com last week. There are several videos there with a focus on Active Isolated Stretching. I've used the stretches after my last two runs and find them very thorough. The only thing to note is that he only works one side--he's mainly demonstrating the moves, though you can work along with him.

Thumbs up

Thank you, jerebo! Wow! The foam roller stretch was tough. It will be a good one for shoulder mobility.

Glad you found it helpful. I've done the lower body stretches, but haven't tried the foam roller. I've got a torn rotator cuff, so the rotator cuff sequence is a must.
