I have been doing about 30 minutes of the 50 minute sequence daily for about 2 weeks. I love it. I agree it is not revolutionary, or the revolutionary part is eluding me. but for a tired afternoon, on your mat, relaxing yourself on the floor- it is really wonderful. just great stretching.
It is not like CS or yoga at all, it is just a straightforward stretch. no down dog, up dogs, no dogs at all.
My new favorite stretch. for comparison I like Cathe stretch max, just a no nonsense stretch.
