Hi Everyone,
Yesterday at lunch I added on Jessica Valent's 15 min beginner workout for lower body. It was a very basic routine - squats, lunges, calf raises, deadlifts and step ups - 10-12 reps, repeated 2X.
Today was:
Lively Ladies - Fun Walk w/ Light Weights (1/7/22 upload) & Daily Stretch
I hope to fit in something else today.
Carol - eek! I hope you continue to test negative. In my experience getting tested and getting in to see a Dr is not easy. I haven't really done anything about switching PCPs at this point b/c I'm afraid they are probably all the same, unfortunately. The situation w/ my daughter irritated me though b/c she tested negative numerous times, yet they still wouldn't see her...
Good idea about re-subscribing to Buff Bites, I have also thought about subscribing to Walk at Home...or Jenny Ford's site -both are inexpensive.
Dana - I hope you were able to get an appointment for your DH.
