Today I did Day 19 of the yin yoga challenge, broken wings; I've always liked this pose, but especially liked the unique way she set it up. I also did an Ekhart yoga class "I have arrived. I am home." that is currently being offered for free to honor the recent death of Thich Nyat Hanh. I only was able to do about 20 minutes (I thought it was 30 minutes, but it was closer to 40), but I was able to stop at a natural point. I think it's available a bit longer, so I might try to get to it again.

Today I taught yoga, did a short practice from Yoga Journal's Foundations of Home Practice DVD, and did the yin challenge (anahatasana). I'm also doing my photo shoot later.
I uploaded that yoga logo I'm trying identify to my VF member page; it's in an album called "random." Let me know if you recognize it!

Thanks Vannie! It was fun and the time went by fast. It felt like we took A LOT of photos (it was about 2 1/2 hours). He's going to send me a dropbox link, probably tomorrow.

Dena, I didn't have any luck with an image search either. It could be that it's not a name/popular brand.
Yeah, I expected a lot of photos. I remember reading a book on photography back when there was film only, and it did say not to be afraid to take MANY shots - that's hard when you are paying for film! My friend actually did take a few film shots at the end b/c he had some he wanted to use up. RE penguin pose, the 2-handed version felt like a good stretch on my wrists at first, uncomfortable if I held for too long. If you want to show your boyfriend the variations: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HL2vInXYkpQ&t=7s I forgot the challenging was ending today! I have enjoyed it.

I took 3 days off at the end of our trip, busy cramming in last minute family fun & then the not so fun parts of vacation…..airports & airplanes. I’m home now and want to get in some special old faves like Altar of the Heart & Yoga Mind & Body. I might decide to go for 50 days or even 60. IIRC, I did 60 last year.
Back later with Day 39.

Pam, I think the sadhana is flexible.
I was thinking that I have just 10 more days!
