More free online tips/instruction

I was looking for something and came across
http://dv8fitness.com/videos.aspx

He is wearing a Pavel shirt, but I don't see his name on DDoor. However he seems (to me, who, admittedly is not RKC anything) to be doing a good job of breaking down several key moves.

Good find Kat. He's he i learned how to do my wall squats from. not personally but I couldn't find a good clip of them. He does a good presentation. He probably did go to Pavels training but maybe did not pass the test or did not want to take the test. he does have good teaching technique and he does mention those six exercises that it takes to become RKC. I like em

Just found these posts--according to his blog, Phil Scarito is RKC-certified. I think he gives some of the best breakdowns of the exercises and form pointers that I've seen so far. He's got a series of high-def video clips at www.kettlebells.me. The file sizes are huge, but I figure it's the next best thing to a DVD, which he doesn't seem to have as of right now.

Ah. Thank You! That site is easier to browse through than the videos at DV8 (they appear to be the same ones).

It definitely puts the RKC after his name. I was probably looking for Phil's name under the wrong state over at Dragon Door.

And here's his instructor bio on Dragon Door:
Phil Scarito bio

I found it by searching on just his last name.
