Does anyone have the complete list of which Firm workouts are cardio, cardio+sculpt,

and sculpt? I just wanted to make sure that I'm categorizing them correctly. Also, could anyone post the advanced rotation for November with the Firm workouts? My trial membership on firmdirect.com just ran out, and I unfortunately can't afford to renew it at this time.
