STEP HEAVEN hands down. If Body Tech were longer, I'd have a tie on my hands.

I think step and step interval should be rated separately. So, who asked me?

I'm going with Energy Sprint. I love Intense Moves and Rhythmic Step, but ES has the "watershed" aspect, and it's still a great workout.

Right now, it's Christi's Still Steppin. I'm just starting to learn it and it's alot of fun. Can't get that music out of my head! Plus, she's such a sweetheart, even called me (I left a message on her customer service because I had trouble using her online order system - wound up sending her a check) and we talked for a few minutes. I'm looking forward to her new workouts.
