Firm Cardio Sculpt Fusion (recovery day for me)

(I modified/omitted some of arm work because I didn't want to think about whether the arms should go up/down/sideways/front/back. )

MH 60 Fat Frying Frenzy - I don't remember the name, that's close enough
I normally don't mind up and down, but today it bothered me. I did a little more impact than last time and for most of the exercises I started before the official timer, meaning I'd cut off some of the rest time. I finished off with a 10 minute + 5 minute of Leslie's Walk Blasters

Ran about 35 minutes, than clouds moved in and it got and colder. There were plenty of hills on the route, so it was still a good workout.

KCM's Cardio Pump -- did the interval training premix and had a blast with the mix of kickboxing (got my heart rate up) and weights (felt worked out, didn't need to add anything on since I went as heavy as I could on the dumbbells) -- such a fun workout and I was a sweaty mess at the end Zero dread and effective = the best!
