My first was FIRM Vol. 4. Cathe’s Low Max was my first with full size step.

I seem to recall a video led by Gay Gasper that came with a step that I bought. I may have also had a Gin Miller video. This would have been 1998 and I can still picture myself in the living room, wedged between the sofa and the loveseat. Not long after that, I bought the Tae Bo original set. Somewhere in this time frame, I discovered VF, the Firm, Cathe, etc etc. It seems like a lifetime ago!

I think my first step workout was the video that came with my Bodyshaping step. Kendall Hogan was the instructor. I thought I would try to see if I could find out anything about it, and someone has put it online. What a blast from the past! This was from the late 90's.

I vaguely remember Energy Sprint. I just looked it up on Daily Motion and some parts look familiar. I bought this workout in the beginning of my fitness journey and as a newbie to step it was just too tough for me. I must have donated it. This was before I discovered lifting weights and my fitness level has improved greatly. I wonder if I could do that one now, too!

You're welcome! I think I will do it sometime this week.

Denise Austin, I bought her foam step and it came with a VHS tape. I was a teen and bought it at Tuesday Morning. I used that step for a long time but gave it away when I upgraded to the TransFIRMer.

I rotated them for the better part of a year! I guess I had other things to occupy my interests in my early 20s....

We had a video store at mall near me so each time I went there I bought a new one when they started to produce more. And then came along the Collage catalog (but how did I even get a copy of that back then? I have absolutely no recollection!) and then that opened my eyes to Cathe and Kari Anderson. Then a gazillion more!
My first step workout was also the Cher one you mentioned. I think it was called A New Attitude but it was definitely the one with Keli Roberts. And yes I knew all the jokes and comments. I saw the Cher Show on Broadway just before it closed last summer and it reminded me of her video.
