Bemax fitness(the Firm) has started - Page 3

It's easy to cancel. I signed up for the FlexPass before it launched and only wanted the BEMAX pass. I went into my account and clicked cancel. It cancelled it immediately. Now I only have the BEMAX listed.

Joni - How was she streaming through Roku? I don't think there's a ROKU channel yet. I'd be interested in that way of streaming.

I'm streaming with Chromecast and have not noticed choppiness, although other people have.

I guess that's what she figured out when trying to view it. No Roku. It was mostly on her PC that she was having problems seeing it.

There are strength workouts too. I did BodyMax Lower Body Training this week and it was more of a gym-style weight training, rather than choreographed like the FIRM.

Great for them but I miss the Firm badly! I have been doing the Firm for a while including one every day this week except last night (I went for a long walk) and I miss everything about it. Are there any free trials with this to see if we like it? BeachBody had a 30 days free so I am just wondering. Thank you.

You get a mixture of styles.... metabolic and heavy lifting. Some of the moves I know Emily used in her online Bootcamp. These workouts are really good!

CoolGirlinFl888 - If you sign up for the FlexPass you can try a 30 day trial and then cancel. But it won't give you access to all of BEMAX's offerings. If you sign up for just the BEMAX offering it is 9.99 and there isn't a free trial.

I did two today - upper body with Emily & lower with Rebekah for a total 60 min workout. Loved both of them a lot. I'm interested in more for sure. Their physiques are phenomenal.
