Hi Joan,

yes, the fall scenery is what reminded me of it! My legs are already sore.

And, BTW, you lie, you don't look like you are anywhere near 61 - great photo!!!!

Aww, thanks for the sweet comment.

That photo was actually taken today at an apple orchard. I love this time of year!

When I was going through menopause I lived in Iowa at the time & they had on TV every morning a Margaret Richard program. I would do her workout then walk the dog for 30 min. I enjoyed her workouts at that time of my life - less stressful or something. She just seemed to help more with the stress than any other workouts & I looked forward to doing them. In 2005 we moved to Wi. and it is not on here so I bought more of her workouts.

Looks like a great rotation! I do the same, use Charlene's cardio primarily. I like her weight workouts too. Leslie would be another good one to combine with Margaret. I have some episodes of CS recorded but haven't tried them. I am lucky enough they air on my local PBS channel.

Joan - I agree with Donna, you don't look 61 at all! Great picture!
