Attention Firm Fans

OK. So I'm only asking this question because Mary is having a sale this week (ahem! ).

I really enjoy Firm Super Cardio. Are there any other pure cardio workouts from the early days of the Firm (2000 and earlier) that are high int/adv and would be a good complement to Super Cardio?

P.S. Now CatInTheHat, why do you think I'm becoming a Firm addict? What gives you that idea?

Light Aerobic Mix (don't let the name fool you) and Tough Aerobic Mix.

There's also Ballroom Aerobics, but that's an acquired taste.

Hi!
If you liked Super Cardio, you most likely will like any of the ones mentioned above.
Just so you'll know, Core Cardio 1 &2 are compilations from Maximum Cardio, Cardio Burn, and Power cardio (also sold as Calorie Killer 2). They're each 45-60 mins. long and contain some high impact.

The other name for Light Aerobic mix is Not-so-Tough Aerobic mix.

Ballroom aerobics is probably least like Super cardio. I like it for lite days or interspersed w/weights, like it was originally used in the Tortoise/Hare.

Tough cardio mix is half step, half floor aerobics.

Juliepie's list in her last post has the most fun-factor (for me, anyway!)

GJV's list has the most sweat-factor, imo.

Hope this helps!

x2! These are all great suggestions, and worth having even though the core cardios are compilations of the other three.

ETA - Cardio Burn, Maximum Cardio, and Power Cardio all have short weights segments at the end, in case that is a deal-breaker for you!

HA! I love this! I don't do purely cardio though so I can't answer this question unfortunately. But I do love me some Firm!!!

I use five pounds weights then, on the days I want to keep it more cardio focused. Works great for me!

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm leaning towards Core Cardio 2 and Fat Blaster. Core Cardio 2 gets me exposure to Power, Max and Burn and Fat Blaster probably would be good for me on a less-intense day.

I think I would just go light for the weights for more of a cardio effect and I want to avoid too much overlap with what I have, so I probably will not get Tough Aerobic Mix (I think that's the one with cardio from Vols 1-4, which I already have).
