New Firm workout
It's posted on the Firm website that they are releasing the workout taped a few years ago with Allie and the Fanny Lifter!
I am so excited for this workout! I hope it is at least 30 minutes long. |

I saw this on their website. I hope they provide details soon. If it does well in sales, maybe they will release more videos using the Fanny Lifter/Transfirmer. That would be awesome!

i use it for all of the pre-BSS1 firms, like the classics. it's extremely useful. of course, it is completely compatible with BSS2. a few times when doing BSS4, i had the FL out and the TF to avoid having to disassemble the TF if it was in the ramp position. i also use it for Cathe's high step series since i don't own a step co. step "topper" for my risers. therefore, although it was designed for BSS1 & 2, you can find many uses for it with MANY other videos.
