ETA: As far as I'm concerned, FirmDirect could give the Bubonic Plague a run for its money. They still have my money, and my credit card company has asked me about filing a police report. Ugh- what an utterly useless drain. On the bright side, I've learned to appreciate our local DMV. A simple 3 hour wait and some minor league rude treatment and they cut you loose
