Oh that's nothing. There are people who have ordered Firm workouts and received other Gaiam workouts like Billy Blanks and some people have received actual movies. It just boggles the mind.

that's true....i don't know if people STILL even have vcrs but then they have a dvd/vcr combo
 i'm totally dead meat if my vcr dies.that's soo crazy, crazy, that they do that kind of thing. you would think that gaiam would be better cust. service than that.

I have two DVD/VCR players. I have 74 Firm workouts and 48 of them are on VHS. I haven't repurchased any of them on DVD, because I'm more interested in buying new Firms.

that makes so much sense
for me - i work out in my living room because my bedroom is really small. i would have bought BSS1-3 on vhs (they had LOADS for a dollar) but i couldn't because my transfirmer woulldn't fit in my room. which makes me so sad because i wuld ahve done it in a heartbeat.

I'm such a dinosaur. What made me buy a DVD player was that I ran out of room for VHS tapes. So my first Firm DVDs are the TransFirmer workouts. And it was just in time, since after that year they never made VHS again.

oh no, not a dinosaur. that's pretty much why i went into dvd too - because disney stopped making movies for VHS. (it was around when Beauty and the Beast came out on DVD), and it drove me bananas that i had to replace a lot of my videos that snapped or streched. now i love dvds...
but i still love videos. and still buy videos hwen i can

I bought my copy of Vol. 1 from Firm Direct within the past 3-4 months, I'd say? I didn't have any problems, but it did take forever to ship! Probably at least a week between when I ordered it and when they shipped it. Then another week or so in transit.

And it was a DVD? If so, that was pretty recent. And even back when I used to order from Firm Direct, before GT when they had a more normal ordering system, it would take a week for them to ship something even though it was in stock.

So there you have it folks, you can still order Vol. 1 on DVD from Firm Direct, and you might actually receive one.
