Where to buy Firm Vol 1 and 2 on DVD?

The only place I could find #1 was firmdirect.com. As much as I didn't want to deal with them, it was worth it because I LOVE the workout!

I think #2 is only available as a preorder from fitnessfavorites.com. There are specific instructions on the home page as to how to preorder it. You have to mail payment to Anna etc. etc...I think it is shipping in Sept.

Volume 1 on DVD sold out on firmdirect.com way back. I thought they're no longer selling them. But it isn't chaptered so I'm not kicking myself over not getting it. I'm sticking with my VHS copy.

Volume 2 can't be preordered by itself, only with Volume 3 (if you don't mind Volume 3. I'm definitely passing on that one). You can order Volume 2 later when it's released (or preorder Volume 2 and 3 now) from Anna's website - http://www.fitnessfavorites.com/.

Firm Direct is still selling Vol. 1 on DVD, although perhaps they're no longer actually shipping it. It wouldn't surprise me. But it's still in the Firm Store:

Thanks. I was told over the phone they no longer carried it nor would in the future, so am glad to hear they changed their minds. Still, I just don't get why it isn't chaptered. The floorwork would have been great as an add-on to other workouts if only it was chaptered. Might as well stick with the VHS.

Oh, I don't know that they changed their minds. Has anyone ordered this from the Firm in the last few months and actually received it? I do know that a year or so ago, there were people who ordered the DVD and received the VHS. But then supposedly they got more DVDs in stock. I think I would e-mail Cathy Sovde cathy.sovde@gaiam.com rather than calling customer service.

I meant that it's possible that they don't actually have any in stock, but they haven't bothered to take it off their web site.

I was looking in the wrong area of their website I guess. I'm still reeling over what Carol said... about people ordering DVDs and getting VHS instead. That explains references I've read to their not so great customer service. I've never dealt with them (other than the one phone call) so I guess I can count myself lucky. I can see where DVD vs VHS would be an issue though, to people who no longer own VCRs.
