They work
I bought my first firm tape it said results in 10 workouts. Being very skeptical I said yeah, sure. Well, in 10 workouts I saw results that was about 7yrs ago and I've been hooked ever since. I will do the firm always and buy that stupid stick they have now. LOL

Any FIRMS that don't require the Step Box?
I'd like to try the Firm tapes - I just bought one, Sculpted Buns, Hips & Thighs. So many of them, though, seem to require the "Fanny Lifter"/High Step/whatever it's called. Are there any that DON'T require this? Thanks!
