I just finished doing this workout. It's been a very long time since I've done this routine and I must say I loved every stinkin minute of it!!
I posted in another thread that coming back to using the FIRMs has revealed to me just how weak I am. Especially when I do the strength training workouts. I did TCM without the box and turned it into pure floor work and couldn't keep my HR in the zone. It was well above and beyond my high end. In the 45 mins I burned 315 calories! Not using the step and going very light on the weights.
This particular FIRM has never really got the press like other titles, so I thought I'd throw this in for those picking up FitFav FIRMS. This is one to consider for a cardio day IMO.
If I've only enabled one person with this thread my job is done.
