I definitely agree with Carol that you might like: Complete Aerobics & Weight Training and Total Sculpt w/Abs from BSS2.

I like all the ones that came out before the pinks and use the Transfirmer (or the old incline box).
Complete Body Sculpting, Total Muscle Shaping, Fat Blasting Cardio, Supercharged Sculpting, Ultimate Calorie Blaster, Aerobic Body Shaping.

I also like the "six pack add-ons" which have the advantage of all being about 30 minutes. They really helped me this past fall getting back in the working out game and I think they'll always have a special place in my heart:

super body sculpt
super cardio sculpt
body sculpt blaster
cardio sculpt blaster
lower body sculpt vol 1
lower body sculpt vol 2
Upper body sculpt
Calorie Killer

When I was building my collection over the last couple of months, I would search on ebay for "the firm lot" and get a bunch at a time for cheap.

I checked on a couple of these at Amazon and brand new are going for well under $1.00. I did forget about these. I did like them along with the Body Sculpting System.

Hi, Bubbles,
I also second (third?) the add-ons Liz mentioned above, especially the first 4. The other workout that might fit your description is Body Sculpt from the BSS1 set. It has upper body and lower body, but no abs section. You could always pull the abs from something else, like a 10 minute solution w/o, or even another Firm.

Bubbles, IMHO the two that are most like the original Cardio & Sculpt are Cardio Sculpt with Allie from BSS 1 and Complete Aerobics and Weight Training with Emily from BSS 2.

They use the tall box and the cardio is blessedly low impact.

I agree! I like all of the Body Sculpting Series of workouts--they remain a staple of my workout routine (FIRM Thursday).

But I started with the original FIRMs--end of an era. I'll have to look into getting backups of my favorites.
