Thanks for this recommendation. I haven't heard of this one before.

I haven't seen this Cathe one mentioned and it's a favorite of mine: Low Impact Step + Total Body Sculpting. The step portion is about 40 minutes and the sculpting is 30 minutes. They're two separate workouts. The step is very easy to follow and she does give some higher impact modifications. And it's fun!

if you like streaming, The Gymbox is great for step workouts. Several different instructors and two new workouts every Monday.... huge library of previous releases going back to 2010!

There are beginner workouts (30 minutes), intermediate, and advanced workouts, both 60 minutes. The intermediate workouts are listed as advanced but only because they are the same length as advanced workouts. Some of the beginning workouts include trickier moves than others, and I always work up a great sweat doing the beginner workouts, burning about 250-300 calories per half hour, and over 600 calories per hour on the intermediate ones. I've yet to attempt the advanced workouts, even though I've been a subscriber for over three years :-) lol

Www.TheGymbox.com -- it is $10/month and I'm pretty sure they do a free trial still. it streams on all mobile devices, Roku, and Samsung smart TVs

Tracie Long has Power Up and Step Forward. Those are good too!

CherFitness had a step workout too. Keli Roberts led it.

I'm another fan of Jenny Ford's step workouts. She has several workouts on YouTube and some are filmed outdoors. I did her Malibu step workout yesterday and it was great!
