Oh, that makes me sad She did one of my favorite workouts, The Grind Fat Burning Grooves with Eric Nies. I did that workout so many times that I can still do it by muscle memory 20 years later!

Thanks for letting us know.

It's sad to hear she has passed away. I don't know her age, but she seemed young (too young for this news). I remember her from doing some of her dance and kickbox DVDs with Gaiam, especially her Dancer's Body Workout. She did have good energy, like a glow from within. I hope her family is well.

Rest in peace, Patricia Moreno.

I really liked her as well. I loved her intensati workout and her positive energy. This article has a little info about her death:

This article had her at 48 in 2013, so she was 56-57?

so young and so sad. I was also thinking about doing one of her powerstrike DVDs this week.

Oh I had no idea! I loved her energy and positivity. Although I didn't click with all her workouts, I always wanted to. So very sad. She was so young.

I loved that workout, too! Now I feel like doing it again. RIP Patricia.

So sad to hear this. I liked her workouts released through Gaiam. It will be hard for me to do them again though. It will remind me that she's no longer alive. I have several Sharon Mann workouts and I never did any of them again after she died.
