Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Body Design has six 15-minute workouts (though they're really between 12-16 minutes each). Plus warm-up, cool-down, and premixes. I checked it out from my public library and really liked it. I did three segments at a time. Kathy Smith has a DVD called Total Body Turnaround with three 20-minute workouts. I have this one but haven't tried it yet.

30 Minutes to Fitness: Body Design

Kathy Smith: Total Body Turnaround

But more options would be great!

Oh wait, I think that is what she is doing, coming out hopefully the end of January. Previously, I wasn't sure I should copy her post from the L&S check-in, but I can't keep it to myself, lol. I want to share the anticipation!

Right now, I'm working on a 4 or 6 week rotation that would include the new workouts (the longest of which is about 45 mins, the rest are bet 15-30 mins in length) which include strength (total body circuits, upper/lower), stretch (15-minute full body flexibility options), core, etc. to provide you with some new options to add into your LS rotation and/or mix up your routine. I was also going to create a new walking-based program that would allow you to do two different 5k walk (or jogs) -- one would offer a steady state format and the other would be done interval-style in order to provide you with some more cardio based options for when the weather isn't cooperative for outdoor walking/steps. All of these workouts would be offered for individual purchase (in case you only want to do some but not all) or purchased as a bundle at a discount.

Sherry - that is great news! Lift & Shift looks great, but doesn't appeal to me b/c I don't like to do those longer strength workouts!

What she has planned sounds right up my alley!!
