(I modified all of the plyo moves and jumps, and skipped the plank work in the middle of the standing portions.)

(I really enjoyed Alison as the lead instructor. I found her voice calming. )

The Firm- Jiggle Free Buns
The Firm- Hips, Thighs, and Abs (I didn't do the ab section). This workout is a perfect example of the Firm using their gadgets where they don't need to. The workout can be done on the floor, but they are all draped over the Transfirmer in odd positions. Some of the exercisers look like they are having an awkward time doing so.
