Another literal shrinkwrap removal, second this week. This morning I did Jillian's Lift & Shred workout 1. I liked it a lot. You're supposed to lift heavy but since I'm really just getting back to lifting, everything gives me DOMS so I stayed light today but could definitely go heavier.

Huh. I'm pretty sure I have that one and pretty sure that maybe I've never done it. I'll have to pull that out. This thread is great -- thanks for getting it going!

Yesterday I did Margaret Richard's All My Best Volume 3. Volume 4 is also on there but did not do that. I literally took the shrink wrap off this one. I like Margaret's personality and I guess there is a place for low weight high rep work but the dated look of this workout means I will probably get rid of it. I think I can get the same type of exercise from Linda Woolridge, and I have two of Linda's DVDs to "unshrinkwrap" as well. That is on tap for later this week.

Today I did Stott Pilates Strong and Streamlined. After I did it and consulted my fitness log, I realized I had done it before. I purchased 3 of her mat workouts through the used DVD site a few months ago. They all look the same. I did the Level 1 workout and this one which is Level 4. I still need to try Level 3. So far I think at least 2 of these workouts are going on the trade/give away pile.

Today I tore off the shrinkwrap on my newly acquired Linda Woolridge Mat Sculpt and Burn DVD. I did Band Mat Workout from the Pilates Mat Series.

Today I did Stacked Sets Lower Body. All of the comments I have read here saying this is a great workout are spot on! It was a real sweat fest too. Another winner!
