Monday, November 10th Workouts!!!

Top of the morning!

TaeBo Amped Full Throttle DVD. I really enjoyed it. I used the amplifier bar. I started thinking that the bar was just a cheap piece of equipment because it didn't stay in a locked position when fully extended. I had to constantly engage (isometric holds) to keep it fully extended so now I think it was designed that way to increase the intensity. I definitely felt it in my shoulders, arms and core. It was a nice way to boost up the sweat.
