T2B, I've been wanting to try Shaun T's Cize, but then wonder if I have enough coordination for it.
Day 11 - Michelle Dozois Body Fit 360 Body Weight Dance Conditioning Volume 2 - didn't like this one as much as Volume 1. The moves were good, the music was good. I just felt like Michelle didn't cue well enough. I found myself looking at the screen, pausing, and rewinding quite a bit. Very frustrating. Virgin workout, not virgin instructor
Day 12 - Tonique Cardio Mat - Only did 45 minutes of this. Toughie, and not all mat work. Had some squats, curtsey squats, and plyo moves. Thank goodness it was unweighted, but my knees are still a bit sore. This workout is 80 minutes, but no way was I getting all that done today lol! The 45 minute mark is a good place to stop though, because it looks like she stays to the mat after that part.
