I do Pahla, Jessica, Leslie workouts the most.
I have to admit, I've had to dial it down the past couple of years. I've always done mostly Jessica, and her workouts were the right intensity in the past. I did her older you tube workouts, and they are hard for me now. And I used to do them with no problem! I'm currently doing Lift and Shift, and I can only manage two of the strength workouts per week. I've tried twice now to do the full schedule, and it just wears me out. I can't do it, and also do things like housework and yard work. Maybe if I had a cleaning service and a landscaper, lol.

I think Pahla has a lot of great information. I appreciate her thoughts on menopause and intensity. Her channel is a good one for older women who are intimidated by the harder workout channels. I think it's good she has that level, to encourage women that they can exercise.

I've seemed to "go off" Pahla B. lately. She definitely was useful for a while but I can't handle the chatter.

I have been enjoying the Lively Ladies channel on YouTube, ever since it was mentioned in the YouTube thread. So very simple and (I'm sure) effective. No dread!

Has anyone heard of Linda Melone, age 61? She certainly looks inspiring, https://lindamelone.com/ageless-body-12-pack-exercise/

Beth - that is an interesting find and a 30 day money back guarantee!

I am also enjoying Lively Ladies -but I also have the too many options, too little time syndrome.

Yes, that’s what I like about Lively Ladies is the simplicity. I tried one of her cardio strength workouts, and I like the basic moves.

Lauren at Senior Shape Fitness on YouTube has some really nice workouts. She has a very calm way about her and is very soothing. As always with YouTube recommendations - although I do highly recommend her - YMMV.

For moderate workouts, I'd like to put in a plug for Fitness with PJ. Her focus is on women ages 40+ and is more about strength training to keep/build muscle as we age and injury prevention. Like everyone said, what is moderate is so individual. For me, these workouts are moderate but still challenging enough to feel worked without ever feeling beat up. I decided to just give her a chance and do the Fit in 15 challenge (I'm on day 6) and am really liking her and her workouts.

Thanks for the peeps who have recommended new Youtube instructors - I am intrigued with Senior Shape Fitness and Fitness with PJ and will give them a few tries. Always love getting new info about Youtube workouts.
