My mom and I both use collagen hydrolysate powder (this one and I just bought this one to try). I put 1 T in my coffee in the morning and take 1 T at night, usually in orange juice. My mom has really noticed a difference in the way her joints feel. I've notice a difference too, and I think it's made both of our skin smoother (a nice bonus!).

GeekyGirl- will you PM me and let me know how you like it? I usually use Great Lakes, but have been wondering about that brand. I tried this one http://www.amazon.com/Custom-Collage...lyzed+collagen I didn't like it. It left a weird after taste. |

It always happens that way . I had just ordered my hyaluronic acid from CVS. I have used the CVS brand of hyaluronic acid and it worked fine. I have never used their collagen but at that price I bought some. You probably can get it cheaper at CVS online instead of Amazon. I order mine when they send me a 30% off coupon.
