Best Short lower body workouts

I want to focus in my lower body this month. what short workouts do you recommend? I think I am going to download the sylwia expresses. I have the new cathes and I can always do segments of it. but do you know any good lower body workout under 30 minutes? thanks!

I have Power Half Hour Thigh Trimmer that you can have for a SASE if you want it. It will take me some time to find it though.

I sound like a broken record but...Jessica Smith. I love her 10 PD Better Body Blast Lower Body and she has great free lower body workouts on YouTube. Below the Belt gave me some good DOMS and it's 16 minutes long. Perfect for an add-on.

I also like a couple of older Firm workouts. BSS1 Lower Body Sculpt with Lisa Kay and BSS4 Jiggle Free Buns. The JF Buns uses an incline step, however.

I think some of Cathe's pre-mixes would work quite well too.

Adding. Do you have the original Tonique? Those segments of lunges and squats are 15ish minutes a piece and would work well. The standing portion of Slim Series Firm it Up is about 24 minutes, I think. Jessica's 10 MS Bootcamp has a great 10 minute Lower Body workout too. And her Better Body Blast w/os are about 20ish minutes each too.

Do you have Cathe's Butts & Guts? It's one of today's daily deals - $16.

It's one of my favorite lower body workouts. I never do the entire thing. I often do standing portion one day, floor the next. There are some premixes. Might be worth it to take a look.

I also do the same with XTrain Legs. The other day I did standing, tonight I'm doing the barre portion.

Other short faves of mine are :
Trisets LB (or LB Express when I'm really tight on time)
Tamilee's I Want those Buns
I also love to do just the conditioning drills from KickMax.

Michele Olson Perfect Legs and Glutes. Short (around 20-22min) and sweet!

Karen Voight's Great Weighted workout, the 30 minute floorwork section is one of my favorites!

oh... oh... I would vote for Perfect Legs and Glutes as well as Butts and Guts. Squeeze has a custom section where you can choose the pretzel or fold over plank legs. She also does a sort of back dancing section with your feet up on the wall that is totally amazing!
