I have finished Meso 1 and currently am on week 2 of Meso 2. I LOVED Meso 1 for the reasons most people have stated: the variety and sequence of exercises, the fun factor, the seamless editing that made each workout seem so different, and the results. I am lifting the heaviest I ever have in my life, and am seeing serious definition in my arms, abs and legs. And I did not change my diet at all.
Meso 2 is more the traditional Cathe weight work. I didn't warm up to it as quickly as Meso 1, but now I am enjoying it more, especially the upper body work. I'm struggling more with the leg work because my forearms were having a hard time holding very heavy dumbbells. I started using ankle weights as wrist weights today and it helped a lot.
For the first time in a long time I'm really looking forward to my workout each day. Before STS I was getting bored with everything and it was a struggle to go work out, so STS has been great in that respect.
