You don't have to be fast, just keep moving forward.

It's a no go on NourishMoveLove. The workout was good including warm up and cool down, but I can't take the fast incessant talking.

I'm moving on to Heather Robertson Fierce 14 Day then I'll do DanielPT Fitness FORCE Series.

I think Heather is hard to not like. Easier than some of the other workouts but definitely has a place in my workouts. Growinganannas and fitness_kaykay are tougher. I like them all and pick and choose. But oh how I love me a preset rotation. . Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Yesterday I did day 5 of both the Human 2.0 Movement Challenge and Lauren's squat challenge. Then I did a Yoga With Adriene runner's warmup (didn't love it, a warmup should be dynamic), Aztec Athletics plyo calves, GuerrillaZen bulletproof knees, wk1 day2 interval run on the treadmill, Helen Clare piriformis exercises, and Yoga With Adriene runner's cool down, which was better than the warmup sequence for me. Today Cyric and I walked a little over 3 mi at the nearby state park. Not nearly enough snow for snowshoes but enough that the walk took more effort and my legs were tired by the end. I just finished up Kassandra's most recent challenge and then did day 1 of the Yoga Treat yin challenge, dragon pose. Have a little to do in the kitchen and then I'll do our afternoon walk early bc I'm going to see Ghostbusters finally!

That's a lot of things you did!

BUFF
Agreed - having someone/thing else choose what I do is much easier. Buddy likes ME to choose - always agonising. Takes me 15min to decide.

SANDY
I watched a tad of NourishMoveLove - yes, lots of talking. No, it was shouting.
I need to thank you for all your YouTube listings - have saved much of Caroline & Sydney, and may start to save Heather as well. Acutely aware that these things can drop off the 'net without warning - and are worth downloading a copy.

Tuesday
30min dog walk - got me out of the house
27min, Tim Senesi - 30 day Yoga Challenge - Day 12 - got me into the gym
69min, Cathe - Terminator - Gauntlet
not done all in one hit, but the 6 cycles are all under 10 min, so wove them around gardening & other chores throughout the day. Was able to put in more effort that way, and much less daunting.

Since I halted doing the Chrono for so long (Christmas/bad cold/dread factor on Terminator), now need to do one every second day to make the deadline - but feeling good about that.
Today will be easier, then Viper tomorrow.

Helen, it seems anymore like I have to do so much to be able to feel good running! Especially now while I'm restarting. I'm also trying to work in like 8 challenges bc I'm ridiculous and can't prioritize.

I didn't feel like working out today so I convinced myself to just do Yoga in Practice S1E4 and day 2 of the yin challenge (saddle pose). We have a wind chill advisory till noon tmrw so walks are short today and tmrw.

We had bad weather here on Wednesday as well - relatively. Drizzled all day. DH came home last night: made lasagne for him to arrive to and spent the day sprucing the house for him to come home to - the farm is so rough, almost cabin/camping.

All I did was get in a 30min dog walk around dusk in a rain-break.

Yay for DH being home, Helen! I know how much you don't like being home alone!

Thanks Vannie - I feel NORMAL when he's here.

Thursday - whiled the day away with DH - chatting about the yard, what I'd done, and what's next; the same for the farm; couple of errands, ...
First day at home together for about 6 weeks ! since he was at the farm for 2 weeks before we went to Melbourne and met up with the girls, then he went right back to the farm.

All I did was an hour's walk with Alice.
