Yoga for Deep Sleep had the same energizing effect on me, too.

I've been enjoying Jeffrey Chand's qi gong practices. He has lots of content ranging from about 5 minutes to an hour, with specific focuses, or just general ones. He's in the Vancouver area and the outdoor settings are beautiful. I think he still has some content on Youtube, otherwise it's a streaming site.

Oh good - I was having trouble with the link. I really like him. He's down to earth, seems friendly and approachable. I love that he wears street clothes and does routines in all weather. When it's really hot out, I enjoy doing the practices that are filmed in the snow

ETA: I hadn't checked his YT channel in a while. There is a lot more content than before. And there's even more (longer practices, multi-day programs and lectures/how-to's) on his streaming site.
