Question Any New Tank Top Arm Rotations?

Was wondering if anyone had any rotations or anyone up for helping me come up with a new Tank Top Arms rotation??

I was thinking more something lower weight/higher rep using TA/barre/Tone It Up/other instructors??

Tracy Campoli has several workouts like that on YouTube.

Not exactly a rotation, but it's only 5 minutes!

I've also heard a lot of good things about Leah Sarago's upper body dvd. You could split the standing with floor work if you're pressed for time.

I found Marlene's Original Tank Top Rotation. The basic structure is...

-Total Upper Body
-Lower Body
-Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
-Cardio
-Total Body weights
-Cardio
-Rest

I used to use all Cathe workouts for this, but it will be fun to use other workouts that I am currently using now....barre, TA, etc

A sample for this week, perhaps...

-Ballet Body Upper Body
-Ballet Body Lower Body
-Tracy Campoli's Perfect Arms
-Cardio
-TA's Perfect Design
-Cardio
-Rest

Or..

-Upper body from Jackie Warner's 30 Day Fast Start (very high rep!)
-a Tonique Lower Body workout
-arms from TA's Mat
-Cardio
-SB BarreAmped Bootcamp
-Cardio
-Rest

I'm still playing around with these "new to me" workouts. I'm finding much less dread factor and more enjoyment working out lately, backing off from the more intense workouts. I can't comment on visual results yet as I've just started last week!

I'd love it if anyone could share their ideas on this rotation, I'm still learning all these workouts!

I feel so terribly vain saying this, but I was doing mermaid on the Wunda chair during my pilates private yesterday. I just happened to see my arm in the mirror and shouted out: look at how toned my arm is! LOL LOL LOL I came home and asked my husband why he hadn't said anything about my arms, and he told me that he always tells me that I look good! I've been doing a bunch of different things to mix it up, but I've been doing the following consistently for several weeks:

Leah Sarago Fit and Sleek Prenatal Physique (I LOVE this workout so much and will be writing a review soon)
Warmup
Upper Body Mat Work (15 minutes)
Upper Body Cardio Sculpt (15 minutes)

Tracy Anderson Mat

Unweighted upper body

What is Upper Body Cardio Sculpt from? Is it from the prenatal dvd?

Yes, I should have made it more clear that the warmup, mat and upper body cardio sculpt are from the same dvd.
