Which of these systems for weight loss/results?

Which one of these systems would you choose and why? Which one has worked for you?

I only have Slim In 6 and it was quite effective.

Any of the above will work if you are consistent. Sticking to pretty much any rotation that you enjoy will do wonders. Consistency is the key!

That. The system/program/plan can be perfect on paper (video, whatever), but if you won't or can't do it, it's irrelevant. Pick whichever YOU'D enjoy most.

I belong to a 21 Day Fix Facebook group and I've seen some amazing results from people who used the color coded containers. It shows that "diet" and "portion control" really have a key part in weightloss.

i got results several times with Slim Series. i didn't own Si6 until maybe a year after doing SS.

Si6 now has a shorter StiU - 22 min i think. back then, the original has a 50 min version of StiU.

i think the duration of 60 min, at least for me, worked - something to consider. i didn't change my eating too much.
