I agree, you TOTALLY deserved a little getaway. You have been superwife and supermom for way too long! So glad you got the opportunity to refresh yourself doing something you are passionate about and enjoy, with nice people to boot! Awesome.

And can I just say, I am getting enthused about maybe trying Classical Stretch myself. I feel older than Miranda IS. So achy. bleh. VERY excited to hear that her next book is about pain because I have had chronic pain since I was in my 30s and menopause is making it significantly worse. . .

Maybe some CS enthusiasts could make recommendations for beginner CS options? I mean, this is VF, after all. . .
