Yeah, I've always followed YOUR reviews as we seem to always be on the same page with them!

there's a cardio and a sculpt dvd

when I did a quick search online I saw a gofundme that ends today for some dvds so not sure if it's for these or not.
Thanks for posting about these. I think I like her even more than Ellen.

Actually, my thought watching the previews is that she is more fluid and graceful with respect to her movement compared to Ellen.

I relate to her better than Ellen- like how she's so easygoing and struggling with balance herself - just like her a lot

And none of the "so flattering to the female physique" and skinny/healthy talk!

I thought Natalie's cueing was easy to follow. I have done both workouts now, and I know I'll reach for them often. I still do love Ellen, but I'm glad there is someone doing fresh workouts in the same vein, but with a more down-to-earth approach. I'm glad to shelter Ellen and Natalie workouts in my tent.

Is there any religion talk in these?

I just finished JM Sculpt. It got you moving and kept you moving. No breaks but continuous full body movement. In that way I felt it was different from Ellen. While some moves were similar Natalie definitely put her own stamp on these. Got my heart rate up, can I say it, comfortably without having me gasping. Slight learning curve coordinating the arms and legs.
Thinking about it, what I really liked was the continuous movement...no set up time, no positioning except to tell you toes turned out etc. Just flowing from one sequence to the next. Well done Natalie. She is a great instructor.

Ooh, I am excited! I ordered both on a late night shop on Mary's site! I should get them today In the mail, now just to explain to hubby since he is off today and may see the mail come! Haha, he won't care, my own guilt....haha. I am so pleased to see Natalie made her own workouts. I wonder if Ellen's other workout buddies like Michelle or Meg may come out with their own in the future? Are both workouts all standing?
