The only DVD that has a few compound moves is Perfect 10.
Watch the clip. She has a few different moves than her usual. It's from 1994. Unfortunately it doesn't show the compound moves in the sample. That standing hamstring chapter is murder with ankle weights. I sometimes still cramp. Outer thigh work with leg weights also tough cuz of pulses.
