Ooh, that sounds interesting.

I did a search for it on Google and found this. I think it was uploaded by Barb/horsemom2. It is something else!

Why were belts such an integral part of the 80s and 90s workout wear for women?

I'm pretty sure I used to have that on VHS.

Oh interesting, I must be thinking of another workout. Thanks for the link starbelly! Yes, it's something else all right. There are maybe 3 MR dvds I'd like to get down the road, but I think I'll pass on this one.

That video is actually the second workout offered on Maggie. I was more interested in that one than the boxing one.

I think the belts were to accentuate everyone's teeny tiny aerobics waist.

ETA: I am watching it - oh my goodness! The guy in the blue tights doesn't emote much ...

Other than Sculpture, are there any other Margaret workouts that separate easily into upper/lower splits? I have All My Best vo1. 1 & 2, Beauty to the Bone, Muscle and Grace, Getting Better and now the Classics. I think the Classics are all total body.

Good'n'Strong

Give Me Strength is one weights workout and one aerobic (not terribly challenging. I almost never do it)

Raising the Bar (I modify with dumbbells) only one workout on the DVD

Strong and Limber for Life: one weights workout and a stretch workout consisting of five or six 5 min. stretch chapters.

Out of all of those Good'n'Strong is the best in my opinion.

Triple Threat has separate lower and upper body workouts - each one is an hour but can easily be divided into two different workouts.

Both Good 'n Strong and Getting Better can be separated into splits, too.

Thanks everyone. Some of the workouts that aren't true splits could be broken down into 30 minutes, right? I need to go back through my collection and sort them. I like to work out every day but don't want to be overworking body parts.
