Margaret Richard Raising The Bar

I received an email from her today regarding her DVDs on sale. It mentioned an upcoming release "Raising The Bar". Anyone know more about this ?

I don't know for sure but I think it may be an older workout of hers being released to DVD.

Hopefully someone else will chime in to clarify!

Yes, it's an older Body Bar workout that was only on VHS. Can't wait to get it on DVD!

I think Margaret is great, but I didn't like this particular workout.

(Just a little piece of trivia for the Friday morning crowd.) I just read your review, and wondered who Clare Dunphy was. I googled her and got Julie Bowen's character on Modern Family! Assuming Margaret isn't a sitcom-loving time-traveller, I still don't know who Clare Dunphy is!

Your review saved me some money too. I don't think I 'need' this workout - thanks!

I wish Margaret would film a new workout.

My review is on that page too. I haven't done this wo in ages (probably since 2002 when I wrote the review). It reminded me of a Pump wo and I remember using my barbell instead of a bodybar on some of the moves. It definitely is not a must have.

Hmm - even though not a must-have, now I am more interested!

I guess I will wait and see a clip. I have been doing a lot of MR recently (I had to put P90X3 aside due to a non-related injury) and have been getting great results! I was just trying to not lose too much fitness while injured - instead I have gained a lot of definition on my legs! (Unless I just didn't notice it before, but I don't think so).

That said, as much as I love MR, her workouts are starting to feel a little similar one-to-the-other. This one may be a little different!

eta: Even though the workouts feel a little similar, MR actually hits the muscles from different angles in each one. I think that may be why I am getting such good results!
