I just did Triple Threat Upper Body today, and I really enjoyed it. The dvd is very easy to customize for the length of time you have. I skipped one segment from each muscle group and was able to get a 43 minute workout (including warm up and cooldown) instead of a 60 minute workout. I just went heavier on the weights, and I still got a great workout. I haven't done the lower body workout in a long time, but I remember that it's mostly floorwork. I think there are only one or two segments that are standing, and it's easy to skip past them, or do the floorwork exercises twice.

I will second Unplugged vol. 1. That one is not as tough, but the scenery is nice (I love the babbling creek in the background!), and some of the exercises are different and interesting. Plus, there are eight shows on this dvd, instead of four, like on the other Unplugged volumes.

I'm actually doing a Margaret rotation right now, and I'm really enjoying it. My knees just can't take squats and lunges anymore, so Margaret is going to be a great option for me!

Thank you!

That was super helpful!!!

I have Good 'n' Strong, Triple Threat, and All My Best and my favorite of the three is Good 'n' Strong because each volume is total body and because it's outdoors.

Thanks Judy, you beat me to it this time!

ETA: Another big fan of Getting Better here. And I also like All My Best. I suspect from the segments on All My Best that I'd love Sculpture, too.

Thanks again!

It does not look like there is "too much" Sculpture to buy All My Best if I love Sculpture!

You guys do rock!

Would you say Good'n'Strong was easier than the others? I can't remember which one I tried and traded because I felt it wasn't tough enough. I wonder when she shot it in relation to Unplugged.

For those of you who have the Unpluggeds that are NOT Volume 1 (I don't remember how many there are), how do they compare to Vol. 1? Anything new and different or just more of the same?

I really wish she'd issue the Muscle & Grace duo with something else she hasn't put on DVD yet. I got a taste of it on All My Best and want it!

My favorite for floorwork is Body Electric (Classics). The only standing leg work she has on it is for quads. She does have pauses for setup between each exercise that are kind of annoying but I like the floorwork so much, I can ignore them. I also agree that the Sculptures are great and I also like her older workouts more than her newer ones.
