I find that Valerie Waters (paper) workouts using the ValSlides are amazing for creating a round, high butt. I also like how they isolate the glutes and she is careful not to overdevelop the quads.
Barre workouts are great too. IMO Leah Sarago's Ballet Body workouts are especially effective in targeting the glutes and hamstrings.
I'm doing Tracy Anderson metamorphosis glutecentric, it definitely targets the glutes...no complaints here!

I love the combination of TA and kettlebells. TA works everything but the butt and kettlebells target that area. I just made the decision to return to this combo today after looking at my blobby belly
