Naturallove, I know you have been dealing with the hip thing for a long time. My prayers that the surgery brings you relief.
I am very partial to Margaret's Getting Better. No lunges or squats. Many of the leg exercises are the same they had me do for my hip physical therapy. I especially like that she puts the leg weights on her thighs instead of the ankles. I would recommend this one above all other MR workouts for your situation.
The upper body portion can be grueling if you use a heavier weight.
I've ordered The Spark but have no idea when it will be shipped. Anyone know? I assume by Jan. 1 since that is when the whole world goes on a diet and exercise kick.
