I don't know that it's easier, but I find myself going heavier on this one than her other ones. Also, when I was looking at it the other day it runs 50 min for a total body workout so it is a bit shorter, which may make it a bit easier than some of her other workouts.

I think the Unplugged are all pretty similar - at least in intensity. She, of course, does different exercises, but I consider her early workouts tougher than the Unplugged series.

Have not read the rest of the thread, but my favorite is Home Improvement. Slays me every time!

I usually only do the floorwork on Home Improvement. I haven't done the upper body in so long because it's only biceps and triceps, isn't it?

Judy, thanks so much for the info on the All My Best volumes! I've had to buy so many Margaret's as she's become such a favorite lately! All My Best is an excellent intro to Margaret's work. Good'n'Strong is tough enough...the triceps pushups in Vol. 2 got me the other night...don't remember them being so tough, but if you pay strict attention to your form, your tris will be screaming...at least mine were!

The Sculptures are great if you don't mind doing splits and she really does challenge you more thoroughly. The Classics, like AMB, is a great intro to Margaret.

I haven't done Home Improvement just because of it's lack of upper body work, which is what I need more of. But I've heard it's a great workout. Maybe I'll use it as a lower body workout and just do an upper body the next day??????????

what's different??

What is so different about Margaret Richards' workouts? I have never ran across one of her workouts (i.e. on collage.com). What is different about her workouts than others? It sounds like her stuff is challenging so I am very interested. Thanks for any information you can provide.

You can exercise along with her in short spurts if you search youtube.com for Margaret Richard. They have quite a few clips up, although mostly abs. I think there are more, but you have to search differenty for them, maybe misspell her last name as RichardS. Read the comments under the clips, too. It seems some young guys are obsessed with her and talking like these are porn clips. Funny!

I finished Unplugged Vol. 1 this week and start on All My Best, then Classics, then saving the toughest for last, Sculpture, for the next few weeks.

Some young guy at work was talking about working out and I showed him the cover of Triple Threat. I told him MR was in her sixties and he was impressed, "Her arms are bigger than mine!"
