Today's workout was

Barre3 - barre3 Signature with Christa Joy (1/1/2024) - 35 minutes

I am already sore from this one. I like these because they have a little bit of everything in them. I did drag out my Booty Kicker barre after tonight's workout - and I am taking most of the modifications.

I did a bedtime stretch last night (part of their 21 Days to Better Sleep program) and enjoyed it too. Enjoying barre3 right now.

Beth - good luck getting your dad settled into his new assisted living place. That's a tough move!

Margaret Elizabeth - Standing Pilates w/Weights (8 min)
LWR - 5 Min Abs


Another ME workout that I enjoyed! So far, so good.

Beth, I'm sorry about your dad, I feel for you and your sister. Good luck with the move, and safe travels!

Donna, nice that you have your DD back for a bit! How is school?

Polina, thank you for mentioning Kara Duval. I will check her out. My goodness, I would not like a workout with Margaret singing! I did manage to find one online and she was singing Taylor Swift songs. No thank you!

Carol, glad you're enjoying Barre 3!

hi Everyone,

Today was:

Jessica Smith - Barre Sculpt (from Walk Strong 3.0)
Jessica Smith - 15 min stretch (from Walk Strong 3.0)

It is raining and dreary here today.

It is interesting comparing Jessica's earlier workout from today to her newer workouts. I find her newer workout to be slower paced and more focused on form and control. Today's Barre Sculpt felt a bit speedy to me after dong some of her newer workouts this week.

I was saddened to hear about Kate Middleton's diagnosis. I hope that whatever she had was caught early and she can put this behind her.

I taught a yin yoga/massage ball class today, which is always fun. Going to do a little yoga on my own soon.

I was saddened about princess Kate and later on about terrorist attack in Moscow

I did CS 1201 today - Full body & Plantar fasciitis release, followed by Lee Holden's 30 day challenge.

I still haven't decided about B3 offer, but I resumed my iFIT subscription earlier this week. It's been raining almost every day, and I like their walking series in Mallorca.

Today's workout was

Barre3 - b3 Strength with Dustin (3/4/24) - 35 minutes

I used my 3s and 5s and that was plenty. Lots of pushups in this workout and Bulgarian split squats, which I modified. I am still struggling with asthma these days, so I guess I'm going to have to go back to the doctor. Boo!

Agreed with all - I hope Kate does well and I hope people will respect her privacy.

Polina - I thought about you when I heard about the terrorist attack in Moscow. I just can't understand how anyone could do such a thing, much less a bunch of anyones.
