The B6 is high in the Silver, too - I think it’s 250%.

Gams, Consumer Labs says that the daily requirement for B-6 is 1.3 to 1.7 mgs. The UL for the USA is 100 mg, and the European UL is set at 25 mg. The Equate Adults 50+ has 3 mg of B-6 which it states is 150% of the "Daily Value" (DV). Most multivitamins go way overboard on B-6 and I consider the Equate that I buy to be the best I can find. I have a neuromuscular disease so I am especially careful as to how much B-6 I am gettting.

Gams - that's for the Women's Silver, right? The Adult Silver is 150%, the same as the Equate.

Right - so I’m going to go ahead and switch. I asked the pharmacist if there was any reason I would need 250% and 833% of the B vitamins and he said “no”.
